CNC Machining
Our CNC machining department is equipped with the latest multi-axis machining centers capable of holding tolerances to ±0.001". We work with a wide range of materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, and engineering plastics.

- 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling
- CNC turning with live tooling (Swiss-type, bar-fed)
- Wire EDM and sinker EDM

Metal Fabrication
Our fabrication division handles custom sheet metal and plate work from simple brackets to complex welded assemblies. We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern laser cutting and forming technology.

Quality Inspection
Quality is built into every process at MetaLinkWorks. Our dedicated QC department is equipped with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical comparators, and non-destructive testing (NDT) capabilities.
